Sim racing livery designs and graphics, created by SFD Design for various teams and commissions.
My graphics and custom simracing livery designs across different teams and commissions.
Doug Henson Racing
I have been with DHR since 2019 and involved graphically before I joined the team. The base livery concept still remains Bailey's, but over the years I've kept tweaking and refining the livery concept. Here are some of my favourites:
Aston Martin Valkyrie AMR-LMH (2026)
I was so excited for the Valkyrie to come to iRacing! Here's Bailey's LMU livery ported over by me.
Sebring 12 Hours · Porsche 963 (2026)
Brand new for Sebring. Alex, Witcher, George and I piloted this to victory in the 2026 iRacing Sebring 12 Hours.
GT Masters Season 2 · Porsche 992 GT3.R (2026)
Alex wanted the new concept applied to the Porsche for his GT Masters campaign, and this is what we came up with. The green and yellow feels like it shouldn't work, but it does! At least in my opinion!
Cadillac V-Series.R Refresh · Side View (2025)
Following Bailey's new concept being finalised for Le Mans Ultimate, I had the task of adapting it to iRacing's model of the car.
Cadillac V-Series.R Refresh · Top View (2025)
And a top side view to show off the full design!
6 Hours of the Glen · Cadillac V-Series.R (2025)
Alex and I ran the Cadillac GTP to a P3 podium finish, while Nate, Hodge, and Phil campaigned our matching team Ferrari in the 6 Hours of the Glen.
Ferrari 296 GT3 (2025)
The first of our team liveries incorporating Bailey's new GT design concept, styled here on the Ferrari 296 GT3.
Cadillac V-Series.R (2025)
The final version of my initial Cadillac V-Series.R GTP concept, customised with my personal white accent trim.
Super Formula SF23 (2024)
Adapting our prototype livery concept to fit the complex aero shapes of the Super Formula SF23 needed a completely new approach - I love how it turned out!
Audi R8 LMS GT3 (2024)
One of my favourite GT liveries I've created for the team, this is my first stab on the Audi R8 LMS GT3 Evo 2. The angry eyebrow concept really worked on this one!
Le Mans 24 Hours · Ford Mustang GT3 (2024)
A personal favourite livery design of mine, this is the Ford Mustang GT3 I raced alongside Bailey, Hodge, Nate, and Alex in the 2024 iRacing Le Mans 24 Hours.
Le Mans 24 Hours · Porsche 963 (2024)
This is the Porsche 963 GTP livery that Jimmy and the crew ran for the 2024 iRacing Le Mans 24 Hours.
Race for a Cause · Porsche 963 (2024)
We took part in the iRacing Race for a Cause in 2024 with an absurdly large team supporting the Rainbow Railroad charity. We piloted this Porsche 963 and led for about half of the race, finishing 2nd overall.
Daytona 24 Hours · Porsche 963 / Ferrari 296 GT3 (2024)
We fielded two Porsche 963s and a Ferrari 296 GT3 for the 2024 iRacing Daytona 24 Hours. I raced the Ferrari during the event.
Le Mans 24 Hours · Porsche 963 / Ford Mustang GT3 (2024)
We ran a Porsche 963 GTP and a Ford Mustang GT3 in the 2024 iRacing Le Mans 24 Hours. I was behind the wheel of the Mustang!
SFD Design
SFD Racing is a team I co-founded with my partner HaruMKT, and it's still in active use when I'm not racing with other DHR members, or to represent myself outside of DHR. I serve as the graphic designer and effective team leader. Otherwise, work is done under the SFD Design name! This also includes work I've done outside of SFD Racing and DHR.
SFD Racing · Aston Martin Valkyrie AMR-LMH (2026)
My personal Valkyrie in stealth enby colours!
SFD Racing · Acura NSX GT3 EVO 2022 (2026)
An inversion of our SFD GT livery, intended for Vtracc S26|3, with a stealth gloss/matte black base, with metallic purple and gloss yellow to highlight coming out as non-binary, with the transgender pride flag also hidden in the front louvres.
Mirai United VRT · GT Masters Season 2 · Ferrari 296 GT3 (2026)
I designed this refreshed Ferrari livery for Mirai United VRT using the current brand identity. I piloted this car to a Silver Cup win in the second season of SROL GT Masters.
Mirai United VRT · Indianapolis 500 · Dallara IR-18 (2026)
This custom Dallara IR-18 livery brought me to another two top split Indy 500 starts with Mirai United VRT. The design elements seamlessly bring my personal VTuber identity into the core Mirai livery language.
Mirai United VRT · GT Masters Season 1 · Chevrolet Corvette Z06 GT3.R (2026)
I initially painted the Corvette as we didn't have one for the 2026 Bathurst 12 Hours. I was so happy with it came out that I ended up running a variant in Season 1 of GT Masters!
FriskyFrankie Commission · Indy NXT (2026)
I designed this bespoke Indy NXT livery for my Mirai United VRT teammate on commission, featuring his partner Playasia prominently on the side pods.
SFD Racing · Aston Martin Vantage GT3 EVO (2025)
I've been waiting so long to have the Aston Martin Vantage GT3 EVO in iRacing. I just knew I had to paint it as soon as it was released!
Mirai United VRT · Portimao 1000 · HPD ARX-01C (2025)
I joined the all-VTuber simracing team Mirai United VRT in 2025, and piloted this HPD ARX-01C to a 3rd place podium finish in the Portimao 1000 special event with Reska Kyoso.
SFD Racing · VTuber Refresh · Dallara IR-18 (2025)
The Dallara IR-18 IndyCar livery I was using in 2025 got a visual refresh for the end of the season to tie in with my new personal VTuber branding.
SFD Racing · McLaren 720S GT3 EVO (2025)
I started the McLaren 720S GT3 EVO livery over from scratch, attempting to create a coherent blend of our classic SFD Racing designs and my new VTuber design elements.
SFD Racing · Classic IndyCar · Dallara IR-05 (2025)
I returned to the iRacing Classic IndyCar Series this year, painting our signature livery onto the classic Dallara IR-05 chassis.
SFD Racing · Jordan EJ12 Tribute (2025)
Designed as a Jordan EJ12 tribute livery for my iRacing IndyCar Series campaign. RIP Eddie Jordan.
SFD Racing · Lotus 79 (2025)
This Lotus 79 livery was made for my entry in the full distance race series.
SFD Racing · Super Formula SF23 (2025)
Our Super Formula SF23 design updated with a striking new candy red finish and a revised nose cone layout for the 2025 season.
SFD Racing · Aston Martin DBR9 GT1 (2025)
A retro-inspired screaming V12 Aston Martin DBR9 GT1 monster plastered in Y2K aesthetic logos. I piloted this to a P8 finish at Round 1, and Lars Wiele drove it to another P8 at Trois-Rivières.
SFD Racing · Dallara IR-18 (2025)
I brought our refreshed team look over to the Dallara IR-18 IndyCar, featuring an overhauled nose section, candy apple red, white lines, and bare carbon fibre.
SFD Racing · FOM Car (2024)
Adapting our "new" black and red SFD design concept back to a Formula 1 car was a fun challenge that taught me a lot about working with modern open wheel cars.
SFD Racing · McLaren 720S GT3 EVO (2024)
This McLaren 720S GT3 EVO livery saw a return to the classic black and red SFD team colors in homage to the original MP4-12C design that started the team.
SFD Racing · Corvette Z06 GT3.R (2024)
The fun challenge here was to adapt our open-wheel livery design back to the muscular panels of the Corvette Z06 GT3.R. I sense a theme here...
SFD Racing · Indianapolis 500 · Dallara IR-18 (2024)
I piloted this Dallara IR-18 in the top split of the open setup Indianapolis 500 in 2024... much to my surprise!
SFD Racing · Dallara IR-18 (2024)
Inspired by the design direction of our SF23 livery, I adapted the concept to the Dallara IR-18 shortly after iRacing announced the return of the IndyCar series.
SFD Racing · Super Formula SF23 (2023)
The Super Formula SF23 remains one of my absolute favourites to race on iRacing. This livery started a brand new visual design concept for us.
Commission · Manthey Porsche Cup (2024)
A detailed replica livery, painted on request for Christian Challiner.
SFD Racing · Porsche 992 GT3.R (2023)
I didn't realize it at the time, but this Porsche 992 GT3.R livery would kickstart a new visual identity for SFD Racing going forward. Still a big fan of it.
SFD Racing · Honda Civic TCR (2023)
Apparently I really liked candy apple red early on. This Honda Civic TCR livery was a fun test of materials following the addition of custom clearcoat features to iRacing.
SFD Racing · McLaren MP4-12C GT3 (2017/2023)
This is where SFD Racing began as a personal design project, with a simple black, red, and white look. The updated matte black finish was added in 2023.
